چکیده

Applicability of the whispering gallery mode sensor in form multiresonator imaging device for atmospheric-relevant parameters monitoring has been demonstrated. The design and appropriate techniques sensing data collection have discussed. performance numerically experimentally studied on examples temperature variation detection small spherical microparticles ( <; 3 ?m) that used to mimic particulate contamination environment. thermal sensitivity level 8.6 pm/°C experimental results distinguishing microparticle concentrations (0.5% 1%) via wavelength sweeping technique single particle under illumination at fixed shown.
